Comfortable bed. Air-conditioned room.

Dried up breakfast (why can't hotels cook fresh !) Broken lights. Lack of information about internet/film choices, Very hot corridors and lift

It was a ideal location for exploring cardiff bay as well as the rest of cardiff, easy acces to main roads. Pleasant dining room with spacious windows. . The staff were friendly and very helpful, an enjoyable stay.

The choice at breakfast was a bit limited in respect of cereals and fruit. Did not need an ironing board it took up valuable space in the wardrobe

Everything was really good from our arrival to departure we had a king suite excellent, breakfast excellent the facilities in the room brilliant.

Maybe if anything would like to have been able to book in earlier but thats being hyper critical

The rooms were quiet and spacious. The bathroom contained a good shower.

We checked into a double room to find we had only been given one set of towels and had to return to reception to ask for an additional set. These were not provided straight away so we could not both shower before going out that evening. We also found there was a massive crack in one of the mugs - we left a note the next morning for housekeeping identifying this and the mug was taken away but not replaced! Again we had to go down to reception to ask for a replacement. The reception staff that evening (25.06.11) were rude and did not take my complaint seriously, laughing about it. The room was also incredibly stuffy and hot as the air conditioning does not have a setting below 19 degrees. I have stayed at Futures several times and throroughly enjoyed my stay but unfortunately I will not be staying here again - too many unsatisfactory points for such an expensive hotel.

First room smelled of smoke and keycard didn't work. Room was changed but key card still didn't work. Internet keypad didn't work - advised reception and they said they would change the keypad. Returned later and this still hadn't been done - had to ask again. Tables in bar hadn't been wiped clean. Overly expensive for average hotel

Very good location - easy access to buses etc. Reception staff were very helpful.

No bedside cabinet on one side. Thomas restaurant was rather pricey.We much preferred the Plymouth Future Inn.

After the cardiff half the offer was brilliant to have a late 3pm check out.

The waitress on the sunday having lunch looked like she did not want to be there. The cheesecake was warm and cold so obviously defrosted not very good. We never ate breakfast as an early start was called for.

I love the location as it is in walking distance of the Millenium Centre and the restaurants on the Bay. The staff are helpful Parking facilities are good

On one particular night, we were awakened at 4.00am by the fire alarm, which went on for approximately 10 minutes and it was false alarm

It proximity to the city and local amenities. Also good standards and value for money.

The toilet smelled of stale urine!

A comfortable hotel in a very convenient out of town location

Stayed at Future Inn to participate in Cardiff Half-Marathon, excellent locatin for that purpose, so could walk to and from event. Room was god size, clean and well-furnished.

Not easy to find or get to by road. Exterior lights along bottom of window shone up and could be seen over top of curtain rail, lights could have been dimmed. No instructions for needing to use door card to activate power for room.
